Hey, Kooper - My name is Happy. I am a double merle aussie too! I live with my mom and three kitties. I go on dog walks every day and learned to fetch soccer balls (that is a GREAT game!) Nice to meet you :)

Hi Kooper,

You are an inspiration to us all!! We too have a blind 4 legged baby and we love him dearly. Maverick is our 12 year old Chow Chow who lost his eyes due to Glaucoma. He's been blind for two years now and he's doing great!! Pioneers like yourself are paving the way for the rest of us to educate ourselves about how to best care for a blind dog. Thank you for showing us how it's done!!

Our Best,
Tony & Lynn

Hey Kooper! You have a wonderful website and two very lucky humans to update it for you. I read about you in Dog Facy, and your article gave me a new outlook on blind and deaf dogs. I never reailzed they could make such wonderful pets! Keep up the good work!

Hi Kooper,

You are beautiful! I'm also a double merle, Great Dane/Aussie. I have one eye but can't hear. I think my human yells at me every one in awhile but I just smile at her. She's lucky she gets to take care of me!

Have a wonderful life!

Hi Kooper,

It looks like my last entry did not get accepted, I am having problem with my network address.
Anyway I was just wondering if you made it OK to your new home and are used to all the new smells. We miss you.
Take care

Hi Kooper!

My sister told me about this site when I adopted my double merle aussie, Angel. He's deaf and vision impaired, but loving life! (And spoiled rotten!)

It is great that your parents write articles and made blogs about your life to educate others about owning dogs with special needs, and hopefully inspire others to give special dogs like you and Angel a chance!

Thank you for making such an inspirational site. : )
